Can beginners do it?
The majority of our customers joining our tours are first-timers. We provide detailed explanations before the start of each activity, so please rest assured.
I'm unsure if I can swim.
Please rest assured! Many participants have concerns about their swimming abilities, but our tour caters to everyone, including those who are less confident in swimming. We require wearing life jackets during each activity, providing buoyancy to make floating in water easier. Even non-swimmers can participate with confidence.
Is there an age limit?
There is an age limit for each course, so please check the details of each course.
Is there a cancellation fee?
For cancellations made after 5:00 PM two days before the scheduled activity, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
※ There will be no cancellation fee if the activity is canceled due to poor sea conditions.
Will the tour be held even if it rains?
Yes, snorkeling tours are generally held even if it rains. Rain doesn't significantly affect visibility underwater, so you can still enjoy the beauty beneath the surface. However, in the event of a strong storm accompanied by lightning or if sea conditions are deemed unsafe, we prioritize the safety of our customers and may cancel or reschedule the tour.
Do you offer transportation?
I'm sorry, but we do not offer transportation services.
I wear contact lenses or glasses. What should I do?
We offer complimentary prescription underwater goggles for those wearing contact lenses or glasses. However, availability is limited, so please inform us during the reservation if you would like to use them. If you prefer to wear contact lenses during the tour, you are welcome to do so. However, please note that there is a possibility of contact lenses coming off underwater during the activity, so we recommend using prescription underwater goggles for those concerned about this. Our prescription underwater goggles ensure a safe and comfortable activity experience.
Will we be riding a boat?
Our snorkeling tours do not involve using a boat. We follow a style where you enter the water directly from the shore, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sea of Miyakojima up close.
Is it really okay from age 3?
Of course! We have special floating rings and goggles available for children. With these items, children can comfortably observe the beautiful marine life underwater. Our experienced guides will be there to support and ensure both fun and safety for the children. We invite families to enjoy the wonderful world underwater in Miyakojima together!
Can we borrow wetsuits?
Of course! We offer complimentary wetsuit rentals.
Can I participate if I'm pregnant?
I'm sorry, but for the safety of both you and your baby, we do not allow participation for pregnant individuals.
Can minors participate alone?
Minors can participate alone if they are junior high school students or older, but a consent form from a legal guardian is required for participation.
Can I participate even during my period?
It's okay to participate if you use tampons for menstruation. There are restrooms available at the shop, so you can use them before swimming. However, as menstrual conditions vary from person to person, please make your own judgment.
Can I pay by credit card?
We only accept advance payment. Please note that on-site payments are "cash only," and we do not accept cashless payments.

Yes, of course. Our facilities include complimentary parking for our guests. We have ample parking spaces available to ensure a comfortable arrival for all participants.
Are there changing rooms and restrooms available?
Yes, of course. Our facility is equipped with separate changing rooms and restrooms for men and women. We ensure that our facilities are kept clean to provide you with a comfortable experience, so please rest assured.
Are there coin lockers available?
Yes, of course. We have coin lockers available for 200 yen inside the facility. You can use them to securely store valuables or change of clothes. Please feel free to use them at your convenience.
Do you have showers and shampoo available?
Of course. Everything is free of charge.
Our facility is equipped with hot water showers.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body soap to ensure that our customers can maintain cleanliness and comfort after the activity.
Do you have a powder room space available?
Of course. Our facility also has a complimentary powder room space available.
We aim to provide female customers with a comfortable space for touch-ups or grooming after activities.
You can seamlessly transition to dining or sightseeing after your activities in the sea.
Do you have hairdryers available?
Yes, please rest assured.
We provide hairdryers for our customers free of charge.

Do you have bath towels available?

There are no vending machines nearby, but we sell drinks in our shop within the facility.
